We advise on career development, book visibility, commercial expression, partnerships, collaborations, project monetization, subsidiary rights, and intellectual property strategy.

Novel Sense is not a literary agency. We partner with literary agents and representatives to support shared clients, providing strategic input on opportunities, deal context, and cross-media expansion.

Alexa Trembly founded Novel Sense in 2026. She has been featured by The Today Show, Forbes, The Boston Globe, Publisher's Weekly, and Belletrist for her work as curator and owner of the bookstore Twenty Stories and was awarded the Small Business Administration’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Rhode Island in 2022.

Novel Sense is her third business where she advises professional storytellers on building careers that support them financially, nourish them creatively, and evolve with them professionally.
